Is this leg workout ok ?

Just wanted some input on my new leg workout...
    im 6'2 - 85kg - 25 years old

    so....

Squats - narrow and wide 4 sets 8 reps
Lunges - walking 12 to 16 steps for 3 sets
    Calf Raise - 3 sets 15 to 21 reps

    Once a week

My quads were nice and puffed up and had a good burn in the calfs after, wasnt sure to leave it at that or add in some Leg Curls and Leg Extensions ?

    Cheers Luke...

Got to do hams man...no hams and you got no balance in strength, no balance means you are waiting for an injury.

As for the rest of it, squats are all you need if you them 100%, I would mix up the reps on them, however lungs are a great finisher.

i'd fire in leg curls for a specific target on the hams, as part of finishing off a leg session. if your dlifting, which you should be, they will also target hams to some degree

I'm good with the routine, try it for a few weeks and see what happens.

are you doing your romanian deads from the ground or on an elevated platform ? i prefer a platform so i can get a good deep stretch. i need to get some wrist straps as the heavy weight takes a toll on my grip quicker before i'm exhausted from the workout.
