    Mark or chad?

    I havent used any AAS as i think i can increase my mass naturally at this point. im looking for a workout program mainly to decrease fat and increase strength.

    ive been looking at Starting Strength by Rippltoe and Huge in a Hurry by Waterbury. which do you think is better?

    im open to any ther suggestions as well.

    I've never looked into either of them. Is it an at home workout? Post em up if you can.

    Best mass routines consist of heavy weight on compound movements with good form. Diet predicts your gains more than anything tho.
