    Anyone ever throw up after hard workout ?

    Ok so i have thrown up 2 times in the last 3 weeks but i have been training alot harder, Session lasts about 30 to 40 mins

    It happend just after i finished my post workout drink 15 mins after training..

    My drink is made up of :

    70g maltodextrin
    70g Dextrose
    50g WPI

    just curious, is the maltodextrin to gain weight? and yes just puked on myself and the barbell during my deadlifts yesterday!!!!

    If you dont throw up then you didnt work out hard enough

    I barfed once while squatting , I was all the way at the bottom about to come back up. Got the rep though lol.

    I haven't thrown up, but have gotten quizy about a 100 times, after leg or back day :P

    leg days after PWO shake...i had 2 post is diet section for suggestion 2 help it. f'ing leg presses just kill me! feel savage after geting sick tho...is it weird that i love it? feel like u culd go 4 another hour again. its ur shake, same as me, 2 much for PWO drop all the dextrose and maltodextrin! unless ur training for stamina then thei rnot doing any gd. use 200ml milk with ur protein. thts a huge shake, no wonder ur sick!

    yeah it was after leg day squating almost 300 pounds

    And i thought dex and malt was a must for bulking PWO Drink

    if you eat some steak or chicken about 20 mins after spewin is the workout wasted still or not ?

    ive read that malto was a direct link to belly and trunk fat is y i asked.
