Are peaks just genetic? I have nice size arms but don't gety any peaks... Am starting to think peaks are genetic. I've tried everything...

    This^^

For me, hammers would be the top excerise for the biceps because they work the lower biceps, the brachialis and coracobrachialis, which helps to push up the biceps, giving a greater peak. Wait there is more..... you get the forearm extensors as well.

    My top Bi movment.

bf% is low, I'd say around 11. I do the basics, hammers, preachers, standing curls, incline bench curls. Arms are big, just no peaks.......

Like noles said the shape is genetic but I was able to really focus on my peak by going to full lock out on my curls. Try it and see if it helps at all.

i always lockout. I also flex at top position, read that somewhere. I try to torch my arms as hard as possible.. They grow but no peaks...

I personally think that high rep preachers and incline curls in combination with hammer curls could build a good looking peaked bicep. I feel that those exercises have helped me as I had that same problem. Also leaning down helped show more definition which in turn shows more of a peak. Genetics does play a role in it but don't let that be an excuse. You can still better them.

its largely genetic, but going to lockout stretches the muscle which helps to get the microtears, which leads to size, which leads to better peaks!

the shape is genetic as Noles said but your form can largely dictate how the bicep develops.
