    Tricep Problems

Currently following a basic HIT style training system with
    M-Legs
    T-Chest- BI
    W-off
    Th-Delt Tri
    F-Back
Day off and then repeat only shifted to Sunday

Currently having problems with my tricep growth while the rest of my body is responding very well.
    Any help would be great.

Tri routine: Skull crushers, Cable extensions, overhead extensions (dumbell)
    1st set 10-12, 2nd 10-12, 3rd 6-8

I currently am not doing any drop sets or forced reps. Take a 45 second rest in between sets. Not sure if this helps but here is the break down of my current workout for delt-tri day. I follow a 2 day on 1 day off system. I am new to this style of training but the last two months I have noticed great gains.

Delt-Tri workout: Shoulder press 2 warm up 1 working set 6-8
    Laterals 1 warm up 1 working 8-10
Rear Dumbbell 1 warm up 1 working 6-8
Skull Crushers 2 warm 1 working
Cable extension 1 warm 1 working
Overhead extension 1 warm 1 working

why do you insist on doing warm-up sets later on in the workout for each exercise ??? that's pointless

That's not really HIT then. You're just taking a short rest between sets. Here is some HIT ideas for you: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...The-HIT-Thread

i dont think ur doing enuf exercises ofr delts OR triceps, give u an example of my tricep workout:
    skull crushers 4 x 8
    rope pushdowns 4 x 8
    reverse grip pushdowns 3 x 10
    weighted dips 3 x 12

never had any problems with my arms, my best body part. try arms on their own day 2 hit them better if u want, ive always doen arms on their own day.

yeah I was thinking about prioritizing more on the arms. Thanks for the help and the volume idea makes sense I will for sure try it out.
