    Back day

Is this any good? Wide grip pullups 5 sets from 10-8-6-6-10 (reps)
then Close palms towards pullups 5 sets from 6-8-10-12-12
then Deads 5 sets from 10-8-8-4-10
then Bent over close grip row 5 sets from 10-8-8-8-12
then Preacher curls 5 sets from 12-10-8-6-12
then standing cable pumps 3 sets from 10-8-10

it does the damage but im starting to get use to it tho any ideas?

    Pull in
    Pull down
    Pull over
    Pull up from floor

I don't understand why the reps are jumping around like crazy?

You do 10,8,6,6,10 pullups? Do u burnout then get a burst of energy or something?

I personally like wide grip rows, BB rows, and DB rows

you need to do seated rows or tbar rows and maybe dumbell rows, it is hard to over work the back cuz the amount of muscle back there so i would do 6 move ments at 4 sets a piece... 8 12 reps... half should be close grip version half should be wide grip...

unless you need to work on width, or thickness

I have the exact same question on the pullups, are you doing them weighted on sets 2, 3 & 4?

I asked him that question in post #6 but his response makes me think that's not the case.
