    New Bench PR

    Well at least in recent memory. And before I tell you what it is no laughing. I know it is week but I started lifting two months ago for the first time in years. I am thinking about trying the improve your bench 50 pound work out that is on this forum. and I needed to find my max. and now for the big Number

    i think he means 205lbs.. either way.. muscle memory is great.. the program i posted is great too.. but i would recommend that you get atl east 6 months of bench under your belt before you start doing that program... if not a year or two.. you do not want to risk injuring yourself.. and it take a while for your body to get used to lifting heavy.

    my 1mr is only 100kg (220ibs) it was 30 a yr ago, and yes i said 30kg :P i was anorexic when i started lifting lol. 18 and 100kg 1mr bench is average now. u can add alot of weight 2 ur bench easily enough with a year.

    Question will that program add size as well as strength. I am more about looking good than lifting good
