    Just needed some help

    Hello.
    I am asking for advice on my workouts because I just honestly need some help. I am doing strength training to help build some lean muscle and I am wondering if doing some HIT cardio would help me drop bf even more than just doing stenght train as well.

    Stats
    23 years old
    235 18% body fat
    been training on and off for 7 years
    no supplements

    any type of cardio will assist in BF reduction but you need to find out what works for you.. Is your diet in check?

    I will admit that it is hard to keep it in check at all times. I am going to post my diet in that section and get any help that I can.

    ill critique ur diet when its in diet section, but ye if ur looking 2 drop bf, cardio is the only way. intense resistance traning will only get u so far! and no supps? i thinks that pretty unwise, if its a money thing then even some whey and creatine is worth buying. they really do help!

    diet and cardio

    I have had alot of friends to the p90x workout and workouts like that and had great results. If i didnt have a messed up back and a bad knee i would do it.
