I am 24, 202 ln, 8% BF. Ill be taking 500mg test cyp, 400mg masteron , and 40mg anavar ed for last 4 wks of a 10 wk cycle.

I typically change my workout every 8 weeks along with my diet, where the two compliment each other. I have decided to intergrate 2 of my workout during this 10 wk cycle and wanted your opinions. My goal is to remain lean, but put on quality muscle..i know some water weight is inevitable.

Workout 1 - push/pull
day 1: Presses and rows
t-bar rows 4x8
flat bench press 4x8
seated military press 4x8
single arm dbell rows 4x8
incline bench press 4x8
db shoulder press 4x8
dips 4x8

day 2: pulldowns, flyes, raises
wide grip lat pull down 4x8
incline db fly 4x10-12
rear delt flys 4x10-12
close grip last pulldown 4x8
pec dec flys 4x15
lateral shoulder raises 4x10
heavy barbell curls 4x8

day 3: off, cardio, abs

Day 4: Legs
squats 4x8
deadlifts 4x8
hack squats 4x8
lunges 4x10
donkey calf raises 4x15
seated calf raises 4x15
leg extenstions 3x15
leg curls 3x15

day 5: arms
close grip bench SS with Db hammer curls 4x8
weighted dips SS with DB curls 4x8
skill crushers SS with bar curl 4x8
cable tricep kickback SS with reverse cable curls 4x15

workout 2: pre-exhuastion

day 1: chest/bi's
warmup cable curls 3x25..very fast intensity, little rest between sets
straight bar curls 6-8-8-12
reverse curls 4x12
db hammer curls 4x8, 1x20

DB incline flies 3x25, 2x10
pec dec 4x8, 1x 20 (thumbless grip)
bench 4x8, 1x20
decline bench 4x8

day 2:back/tris
rope press downs 3x25, fast
skull crushers 4x10
weighted dips 4x8-12

rear delt flies on pec dec 3x25, high intensity, little rest between sets
close grip pull ups 4x15
barbell rows, overhand 4x10
deadlift 4x6-8
wide grip pulldowns 4x12

day 3: legs
leg extensions 2x25, 3x15
donkey calf raises 4x25, 2x12
hamstring curls 4x12
squats 4x5-10
hack squats 3x10
straight leg deadlifts 3x10

day 4 shoulders:
rear delt flys (palms down) 3x25
cabel lateral raises 3x25
arnold presses 4x8-10
seated military 4x10
shrugs 5x15

day 5: arms
reverse cable curls 3x25
EZ bar preacher curls 4x10
straight bar curls 3x8, 1x20
weight dips SS with hammer curls 4x10-15

Db kick backs - 3 sets to failure
rope press down - 3 sets to failure

I plan on starting with the push/pull and the rotating between the workouts every 2 weeks.

any thoughts? suggestions?

also, i do cardio 4x/week 3.8 speed 4.0 incline for 30 minutes.
abs are worked in after works 2-3 wk
