    first cycle ever. help. advice. input. thanks.

    ok well im new to this website but not new to training. im 19, and yes im young and ive read up on about it on here already. however let me explain some things. ok im playing college football next year. ive of course ran and lifted weights all through out highschool and up until now. although only recently have i learned how to properly train and diet. so my plan is to use this cycle to give me a boost since i dont have enough time to do it natural. i have gained 10 pounds naturally since the end of highschool though. i have also got much stronger and faster and im in the best shape of my life right now. but again i want an edge. so first i guess ill tell you what im taking. im injecting sustenon 250 mg and boldenone undercyclenate 300mg. im doing 1cc of each same shot every five days. so of all my research ive figured that if i just continue to use proper diet and excersise my cycle will be a success. only thing is ive also read that my growth plates may not be done growing ? whats the major downside to this im 6 2 180 and im happy with my height just need to put on more weight. and yes i am eating like a monster . also ive researched and i always hear yall talk about how a young kid is going to mess up his sex and not be able to get hard ? but i can never find out what causes this or how to prevent it or what not to do ? can some one help me cause i really dont want to mess up my sex life. also i have my pct ready for when i need it. so any advice pointers harsh comments anything to help me reach my goals im open to anything and everything and will greatly appreciate it. also ill give you guys a run down of my typical day so you can also give me advice or let me know if im on the right path.

    1. wake up, eat 5 egg whites subway sub and protein shake also drinking alot of water (also taking fish oil, and multivitamin)
    2. take bath relax etc. eat 2 pbj sandwiches and more water
    3.run to gym. play couple games of basketball. lift. run home.
    4.eat 2 steak potatoes beans and protein shake.
    5. relax.
    6.2 more pbj plently water .
    7.go run sprints and do speed work (everyother day)
    8.eat tuna sandwich more water and protein shake.
    9.sleep.

    this is a summary i run everyother day and rest on the weekand. i also wrote this as of my most recent. i go grocery shopping tomorrow so ill buy more healthly foods that i ran out of .i also plan to eat even more after i shop. any suggestions on food. snacks espicially. please any feedback is greatly appreciated. thanks and please someone fill me in on the sex issue thank you.

    You are to young and that diet is horrible
    If you want to get "big" sort your diet and training out and have patience steroids are not the answer at your age my friend!
    I think you will be advised to start your PCT asap and get blood work done and hope you have not done any damage
    What have you got for PCT?

    I second this! You are out of your mind to run a cycle at that age and with that little experience. Take his advice and immediately stop the cycle and run a PCT and get blood work done before you do permanent damage.

    X4....you are 19 bro and you might be jeapordizing any db career you might have had by doing this now. Your body is changing hormonally and by shutting down your natty test production during this time you risk screwing it up for life. That's where the low sex drive comes in. Also, you have growth plates in your shoulders so you may close those early andnot get as wide as you could have.

    PB and J is a shit meal dude, just loading up on carbs and fat with little protein. So you basically have 3 meals that aren't terrible, and they are still pretty bad. The steak and potato could be worse, otherwise your tuna sandwich isn't much food and subway sucks.

    Sorry to be harsh man, but you needed to do real research before you started pinning. This is an all around bad idea and you do not know what you're doing. I've don't dumb things too, so I have to be harsh cuz I wouldn't have listened either. But for real man, run your pct and be done for a good few years at least. Post your diet in the diet section, and make some good natty gains before you even consider AAS again.

    I can 100% GUARANTEE that at your size you will gain NOTHING that you couldn't have gained safely and naturally...

    bro im 18 and put on a shit load of strength and size granted a fair amount of bf but diet is where its at

    lmao thanks bro, o i definitely am! im willing to learn and relearn anything i want and need to learn as much as possible, and when i get in my exercise and sport science classes here at the university im going to be flooding this place with info!!!

    i appreciate your input man . i know my diet is horrible as of las night. but im going grocery shopping today so i was hoping for some advice or a meal plan ill eat as much or whatever i need to. also did i mess up bad? what kind of damage could i have done already? also i understand patience but i dont have to the time i need.

    thanks to everybody but if i just diet properly which is no problem i have money and im going grocery shopping tonight (any suggestions?) and train right and get my sleep just for this one cycle and run my pct will i still have caused permanent damage? or caused harm to my sex drive. its a one time deal and i intend to do whatever it takes for it to be successfull and not cause harm to me. basically if i do it right and once at this age will it still **** me up?

    Yes it can. Regardless how much you claim you will try and fix things it is evident that you are reckless and not educated on the subject and therefore shouldn't be messing with AAS.

    How do you claim you don't have the time you need? I modeled when I was your age and did it natural so I doubt you can't wait.

    Injecting once will not kill you. But please stop now. It isnt worth it. When you get in their program you will grow.
    You will really hate not having any naturall test running through you when you are going out and meeting girls. Your workouts will be miserable and will lack energy. Practice will feel like hell

    If you stop everything know im sure you will recover fine. The test will clear your system and one shot should not have caused any real damage. I dont feel a PCT is needed but just keep an eye on things to see how your body responds

    I'm not sure if one injection of sust is enough to shut down your natural text production. If you have your pct ready like you say you do, it might be a good idea to run it just to be safe.

    What scobbs is saying is maybe it's a good idea to go see your doctor and let him know that you started AAS and then wised up and decided against it. At this point, you could get blood work done to see if you've done any harm and what can be done to fix it. An endocrinologist would probably be your best bet.

    At the very least you should still stop the gear and start a thread in the pct forum. Hopefully some of our vets and nods will get involved and give you some better advice.
