Last Friday after my normal week of workouts did a cross fit workout which consisted of 10 rounds of 5 reps of thrusters (I did very light weight since I have some shoulder issues) 10 pull ups ( for me this was band assisited) and 100 yard run. So in total 50 reps of thrusters 100 pull ups and 1000 yards run.

On Friday night and saturday morning my left shoulder felt like it was goiing to fall off. Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning Biceps were very sore. Sunday pm and this morning Lats very sore. I swear they have grown and inch since Friday. Starting to see a cobra hood when I flex them.

My questions is do any of you use these kind of days and if so how often.
