im fully aware that the only way to get faster is to sprint. just looking for some gym excersizes to maybe help give me a little edge..... lunges plyometrics etc.

Box jumps, hurdle jumps, power cleans and hang cleans. Resistance sprints (using bands/parachutes). Sled pulls/pushes. Progressive sprints, running hills, running stadiums.
