Workout music: What's yours?

Howdy folks

What are some of your favorite tunes that you like to listen to while you're working out? Any bands and songs you listen to to help you get that extra edge to motivate, or help you push out that last rep or two you couldn't without it? Do you like listen to music to help boost your ego, get your adrenalin going, build focus or help relax you and take your mind off of that treadmill you're warming up or cooling down on?

If you want to pass on your favorite tracks, by all means, post away! I know I'm always open to discovering new bands/tunes to help me in the gym 'cause for me, working out without music is like eating steak and chicken without any spice.
