I am currently doing a modified MAX OT workout because I have been a couch tater for too long and am looking to build some strength for a base. I want to add cardio to my routine when the weather breaks. I have to get up at 4:30am for work, so I am think about getting up at 3:45am doing 1/2 hour-45 mins of fasted cardio and then doing my weight routine at 3:00pm like I have been.
Anyone see an issue with splitting cardio and weight training up?
