what angle do you find works the front delt the most?
I was curious into know what works best for people when it comes to front delt raises.
1 front delt raise (Palms facing down)
2 front delt raise (Palms Facing Together)
3 front delt raise (Palms facing up)
In my opinion i like 3 because i feel it more then the others and i have no pain in the shoulders from doing it.

try the same but pull your arm across you chest right arm to left side tehn left arm to right side
