Help Please-Not going to be able to squat

How else can I work my Glutes without putting pressure on my back? I can to leg extensions and curls, but not sure how to work my butt.

I have an old football injury that resulted in a laminectomy at L4-L5 about 10 years ago, and I have a few other disk that are not 100% correct. Squatting today I felt the sting, so I am just going to give it up, but am looking for good quality exercises to do to work the same muscle groups without involving my back.

    Thanks in advance guys!

I dunno, I can try it I guess. Not sure how it will feel. I can probably get away with less weight on the lunges. Ill try it out next week.

Can you front squat? How about hack squats? And lastly, does you gym have a Cambered safety squat bar? If so, use that to squat. Lots of strength athletes with previous back issues use this to squat instead of a regular bar.

Dip belt squats. It will take the loading off of your spine.
