Good routine for cutting?
I'm starting my first cycle April 1st and I'm trying to cut down for the summer. Does anyone know an optimal daily routine for cutting? I'm not sure if it is counter productive or not but I was also hoping I could have a day just for power lifting (I love the pump of a good power lift lol) Can anyone help a new guy out?

Your routine has very little to do with cutting, its 99% diet and cardio.

agree with fireguy. cardio and diet are most of it. lifting and sleeping is also important though. I think it's funny when people say to do high reps when cutting. If anything, I increase my weights, and do lower reps.
