I work my triceps with back and my biceps with chest. Once a week.
i do HIT so they are separate
if you train them on seperate days, try training them together on their own day, switch it up a bit.
i think its great idea training antagonistic Body parts together
on tuesdays i do chest and bis,
then hit them again on friday/saturday with tris.
I need to volume in my arms, they are lacking and have seen great results from this.
Love doing them together

I know there is no one answer thats not what i was looking for, just wanted to get some ideas on peoples different routines that have worked for them so i could try one that i liked the sound off....

as long as you don't do back and chest the next day. in my experience i found i have the best gains when i workout one muscle group once a week, here is my routine which so far worked the best for me,
Chest and Tris
Legs
HIIT cardio
bis and back
shoulders and traps
HIIT cardio
Low intensity cardio
either works fine depends on your body for which would be better i do them on the same day to get that nice pump
