Hello everybody. I've been lurking around these forums for probably about a month now, and I thought I'd mine as well join in. Just for some info. I started seriously weightlifting in September 2002, I started at 123.5 pounds and am now 142.0 pounds. That's 18.5 pounds in 6 1/2 months, so I'm quite pleased. I'm trying every natural supplement I can and am open to any programs and weightlifting techniques anybody wants to suggest. I'm currently on Creatine, Glutamine, Tribex-500 and Weight Gainer. I'm getting good results from this so far, so I'm keeping everything up since it's working. I get most of my knowledge from my father so far. He was a body builder at the age of 33, for only one contest and came 2nd place for Alberta. He's more well known as a power lifter, as he is the current holder of the Alberta bench press for his weight class, something like a 393 pound bench at a weight of 185 pounds, quite impressive if you realize a competetion bench is much difficult as you have to pause the weight at the bottom to get a complete lift.
