Alright, so I am cutting right now, but wanted to get my routine in check for when i bulk again in a few months.
Height: 6ft
Weight: 216 right now..subject to change because of the cut..
Experience: 2.5 years lifting
Goal: SIZE, specifically wider/thicker back, wider chest, and biceps (probably the most important, arms at 16.6 right now, but seriously lacking in bicep muscle)
I'll be running Halotest-25 at 50/50/75/75/75/100
I'm good on supports and PCT..
I've looked into Layne Norton's Power Hypertrophy Routine, but 5 days seemed a bit much. And strength is secondary, so as long as it is maintained, my focus is size.
Anyone have any recommendations on a routine/split, volume, reps, etc..
I appreciate the help.
