    How to do this?

Straight legged dead lifts super setted with standing calf raises or toe extensions, stiff legged deads should be done in the 15-20 rep range and calves should be done in sets of 21's, 7 toes in heels out, 7 heels in toes out and 7 straight on.

I asked the poster (Tbody66) but he never answered. I understand how to do the straight legged dead lift, but how do you transition to the calf raises? Do you use barbells held at your side?? Maybe sit on the end of a bench with a plate across your legs?

My gym has a calf raise machine, but it is not near the free weight area so I could not super set.

it is tough to hold enough weight to do proper calf raises since you usually do such a large amount of weight with them.. you can just hold the bat in front of you though and do it that way.. depends on how much you are dead lifting.. maybe throw more weight on there for calf raises and do it that way.
