    where should i put them in my workout?

    i was wanting to start adding explosive moves (i believe thats what theyre called) into my workouts. i was wondering if i should add them before or after my core lifts.

    ie: legs, should i do my box squats and squat jumps before or after squats?

    Put them before. Do your explosive work, then your strength work.
