im currently cutting from 16% bodyfat to 10%, i hope to do this in less than 12 weeks with some help from clen along the way.
my cardio consists of a 1hr walk at a 3.5 speed on an incline 5-6 times a week, my heart rate is in the 130-135 zone the entire time but my buddy told me i'm not doing enough.
macros are 1951 cals, 287g protein , 98g carbs, 49g fat
