    cardio

    im currently cutting from 16% bodyfat to 10%, i hope to do this in less than 12 weeks with some help from clen along the way.

    my cardio consists of a 1hr walk at a 3.5 speed on an incline 5-6 times a week, my heart rate is in the 130-135 zone the entire time but my buddy told me i'm not doing enough.

    macros are 1951 cals, 287g protein , 98g carbs, 49g fat

    That's going to be real hard going 6% down in BF in 12-weeks. Good Luck!

    I'd use some Keto so you can stay on the Clen and maybe add some T3 half way through the cycle.

    Do you think losing 1lb of fat per week is really hard and needs clen and t3 to make it happen? Going by his numbers he only needs to drop 12lbs of fat to reach his stated goal. If he works his tail off he can do it in 8 weeks, 12 weeks should not be a problem at all and can be accomplished with nothing more than cardio and diet.

    (185 @ 16% BF =155.4 lean) 155.4 lean @ 173lbs =10.2% bodyfat.

    i cut 5% in 8 weeks not that difficult if your diet is dialed in and you do the proper amount of cardio and training.
    op leave the clen out of the mix and keep going with your current plan

    nah the clen should be more than enough. i will use it once i'm in the 13% bodyfat range.
