Reducing muscle size
Hello Everyone,
This might sound funny to some since I dont think anyone has asked this.
Question is, how do I reduce muscle size?
I feel my shoulders are too big for the rest of my body. My biceps are decent sized but my shoulders make my biceps look smaller since I have huge shoulders. This has been really pissing me off. I dont even do any ****ing shoulder exercises since theyll grow out of proportion to the rest of my body.
I tried doing low weights with high reps but didnt stick with it for long cuz they looked bigger after a few workouts.
Was always a believer that each muscle should always be proportionate to the rest of the body.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Please help me out here this has got me thinking of not going to the gym.

Everyone has strong points and weak points. I'm sure alot of people with big arms would rather have big shoulders. Concentrate on other bodyparts. I have one part of my body that is huge and out of proportion but I embrace it and proudly show it off. Lol just stay at it man. Some muscles grow faster, some take time.

I know man but sometimes it really gets to me.. Im sure that there must be a way of dealing with such an issue.. What do u guys think of exercising the shoulders with 3 sets of 80 - 100 reps then not consuming any protein until 3-4 hours later? Wouldnt muscle mass be used and become smaller?

You dont want to make them any smaller, make you other muscles around bigger!

Agree with fireguy-delts and calves are never too big, ever!, embrace them. I strugle with delts, but my bi's and tri's grow when I brush my teeth.
