I started a bulking diet about 6 weeks ago, coming off a 3 month cut. In that 6 weeks, I have put on 25kg on my bench, 40kg on my squat, 15kg on military press, and 50kg on my SLDL. I am very pleased with the rapid gains, but the problem is my body feels really 'worn out'. I'm also sure it's not good for the body to continuously put on that much weight on lifts in that short of time, so I'm really thinking about going light this week just to give my body a break. I was thinking something like 70% of what I usually do, then next week, start up again and start adding like I am now. However, I also want to take advantage of the momentum I'm having right now. I want to keep adding weight rapidly, but I also don't want to hurt myself. Do you think a light week is in order, or should I keep going like I am? FYI-I am natural right now. Only taking creatine at 5mg/day.
