Is that your complete workout routine or is it in addition to what you do at the gym?
I do 45min of hard lifting and then 20 mins of running so it is in addition to what I normally do at the gym.
You still need to rest your muscles man.
sounds good to me I like to rest lol..
you have to rest but you can still do any bodyweight exercise every day
