Pushups and sit-ups
Is it ok to do pushups and sit-ups everyday? I do about 200 sit-ups a day and I wonder if its even doing anything lol...

Is that your complete workout routine or is it in addition to what you do at the gym?

I do 45min of hard lifting and then 20 mins of running so it is in addition to what I normally do at the gym.

you have to rest but you can still do any bodyweight exercise every day
