    Working my arms out too much?

    mon-16 sets chest/6 sets tris /15 sets calves
    tuesday- 16 sets back/ 6 sets bicep/ 16 sets abs
    wednesday-off
    thursday-15sets legs/ 8 sets chest /15 sets calves
    friday-12 sets shoulders 6 sets tricep
    saturday- 6 sets bicep/ 16 sets abs
    sunday-off

    Without knowing any specifics, no, I don't think so. I hit mine similarly, except I hit bis and tris together on Saturday, about 10-12 sets each.
