hi i just finish my bulking cycle,(i didnt do any cardio befor) i want to begin my cutting cycle test/clen i want to begin cardio but i dont know how mush should i do per week and i dont how mush time should i do it so can any 1 help in cardio i need to know :
1-how mush sesion per week
2-time per sesion
3-the speed that i should run in it , i mean the km/h(10km/h??,20km/h??...) coz i dont know the heart rate method. thanx
