training 1 wk on, 1 wk off

I'm looking into getting a job as a roughneck. My schedule would be 7 days on, 7 days off, and i'll be working 12 hours a day on my on days. I live in Dallas, and the rig is in arkansas so I'll be staying at the camps there, so I'm not sure exactly how much I will be able to train or if I'll even have the energy to after working a hard 12 hours. I'm hoping there is a 24 hour gym near by so I can try and catch a few workouts on my on weeks. If not tho would I still be able to make decent gains working out 1 week on, and 1 week off? Would cycling be out of the question? Any suggestions, advice, or anyone who knows from personal experience would be awesome!

don't think you'd be able to make decent gains 1 week on 1 week off. i wouldn't waste your time with juice until you can get in the gym full time. plus, you're not gonna have the energy to train after working a 12 hour shift. i have friends in that business, and sad to say, they have zero life but work when on.
