Cardio and weight lifting synergy
Ive been biking a lot lately trying to get thinner , usually very intensly. If Im lifting also(which I am dumbf),,will this interfer with leg days. Assuming I am biking every other day. sometimes im sore from biking when doing leg exercises. Also Im still not sure about lifting when your sore, SHould you or shouldnt you?
