Are either of these programs any good?

Im not sure how to incorporate that into my 5 day,MWFSSu, split. I also dont see how I can do more bench on shoulder day as I already do Military or Shoulder Press, Deltoids (Anterior, Posterior, Lateral), 3 Trap exercises and it takes me like 1.5 hours to do. Give me some help here...
