5/3/1 cardio while bulking?
ive been on a 5/3/1 plan and have only finished up one cycle but have been using it while cutting. i am going to start a bulk of 300cal above maintenance and was wondering what do i do with the cardio aspect of the 5/3/1 program? do i keep doing it on my off days, or drop it and focus on the lifting?

Not sure what the 5/3/1 plan is or what the cardio aspect of it entails either. If you can provide more details that would be great.

5/3/1 is a program that focuses on 4 main lifts, bench, deads, military, and squat and gives assistance exercises along with those to do for your routine. you lift 4 days a week and do HIT or LISS cardio for 2 or 3 days a week. my question is if i should still be doing that cardio on off days while bulking at 300cal above maintenance to keep off any possible fat i could be gaining, or will it take away from putting on muscle.

2-3 cardio sessions a week shouldnt set muscle growth back at all.
