Question on legs - Below knee amputation
Okay, so I am a below the knee amputee. I've been looking for some good leg workouts and was wondering if anyone had some advice for me. There are a couple of leg machines I use at my gym but a lot of them don't work properly. For example, if I use the leg curl, I feel absolutely nothing in my stump because my prosthetic holds all of the weight. I'm obviously not looking to work-out the calf on my stump because I don't use that muscle but I'd like to find some stuff that'll get my upper leg burning.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Have you tried lunges with added weight. This seems to get everyones legs burning. Leg Press is always good. What are you looking for exactly, Size, Strength, ect?
Like the humor in you post, welcome to the forum bro

As far as legs I'm just looking for strength. I don't really want my legs to get huge. I haven't really tried weighted lunges. Tomorrow is my leg day so I think I'll give that a shot. Thanks for the tip.
