If im running a 10 week cycle how many times should I change up my routine during this period? Because of tje anabolics I will be making constant gains but I dont want them to be injibited so should I change routines after about a month or so?

i would suggest staying on the same routine. if you keep changing it up, you wont be able to tell if you are making progress. what are ur goals with this cycle and routine? mass, strength, cut?
Only you will know if you need to change your routine. Typically you can do something like
Training A - 1-3wks
Training B - 4th wk
Training A - 5-10wk
Basically, that 4th week you could change the volume and weight. Bump or drop cardio, you really will not know how it will work for you until you try it.

Im going for maximum size, not even worried about strength. I respond very well to training frequently as I gain the most size. What do you guys think of this routine, my only problem is I want to do back and chest on a separate day but still keep arms on their own.
Mon,thurs:chest & back
Tues,fri:legs & shoulders
wed,sat:arms
