Yes, I am currently in off season, I play receiver, and I will be starting my cycle soon (dbol) I also model, and I am trying to get my freak beach body, (abs and biceps) I am looking to put on about 20 lean pounds. I currently workout 5x a week... biceps back one day, legs (squat) and others. chest and triceps one day, legs (clean) and others.. I was wondering if anyone had a good workout for my goals? I want to workout everything, and hit my goals with my modeling and gain my speed too. all help will be appreciated. I typically do abs everyday of workout
