College football player on new cycle...
Yes, I am currently in off season, I play receiver, and I will be starting my cycle soon (dbol ) I also model, and I am trying to get my freak beach body, (abs and biceps) I am looking to put on about 20 lean pounds. I currently workout 5x a week... biceps back one day, legs (squat) and others. chest and triceps one day, legs (clean) and others.. I was wondering if anyone had a good workout for my goals? I want to workout everything, and hit my goals with my modeling and gain my speed too. all help will be appreciated. I typically do abs everyday of workout

where did you say you went to school and what position do you play ??? (oh....this will help further assist you)

Lol, I'm not going to say where I play, but I do play wide receiver.
