Hey there,
I keep reaing that you should do Incline Press DB, Flat Press DB, and Flyes for chest. What's the advantage/disadvantage of Decline Press DB? Nobody states you should do decline. Is there any adavantage to it?
Thanx,
Bobbo

The decline bench is basicly hitting the same muscle as flat bench. this is probably the biggest contraversy at my gym. the only way i can explain it is u only have 2 muscles that form the pecs. upper and mid there is know lower. so doing 2 compound movements for chest like some sort of incline as well as a flaat movement u hit the whole chest.followed by a single joint like fly's to totaly fatigue the chest is sufficiant
the decline hits the entire chest area more then flat or anyother
there was a report done a while back and it was posted
i think it was a emg study
if i find it i'll post you a link
