Usually do abs and core workouts 4 times a week and light cardio 3 times a week.

Does this look like too much volume for some muscles or not enough and does it look well rounded to devolop overall mass and a balanced physique? Any suggestions you guys might haveare welcome and appreciated!! thanks.

are your 4 sets per tiered? like so

    First set 12 reps 40lbs
    second set 10 reps 45lbs
    third set 8 reps 50lbs
    fourth set 6 reps 55lbs

Any of these reps to failure and then dropset? I think your arms and chest workouts are too close together. I would give a cardio only or rest day in between.

As well how is your diet? do you have a breakdown with Macros?

Yes i usually pyramid,Drop the number of reps up the weight each set, I alwayds do my last set of each exercise to failure.should i be using dropsets on this last set? my diets not bad not super clean but decently clean i try to get 350/500/150 for macros(protein/carbs/fat) works out to about 4500-5000 cals.

I would recommend dropsets to failure. I was recommended it by Marcus3000 and it works like a charge to keep that pump look and help muscle growth. Also how often are you changing your work out routine?

I do not really know a ton about mass building diet but from what I can recall you seem to be a little bit over on the carbs/fat for mass building. can you post your actual diet?

I usually just change it up when i feel like i'm not making much progress any more. usually stick to same routine for at least 8 weeks so i can see some results from it. I will get back to you on my diet I am heading to the gym. By the way thanks for your help and i have read alot of marcus3000 posts as they are full of good info. This site if a treasure chest of goodness. I have been around other boards but my source told me to check out this one and it is awesome.
