    Best Mass Workouts?

    Trying to get back to my 215 from 195. Need a whole new routine to trick my muscles. I do Chest/Bis Mon-Thurs, Shoulders/Tris Tues-Fri, and Legs/Back Wed-Sat.

    What exercises do you find put best mass on and rep wise?

    Hi mate. Hope you dont mind me making a few suggestions.
    Imo legs and back together isn't the best combo. They are the 2 biggest body parts, and think it would be much better to train them on seperate days. I'm not sure what level you are at training wise, but I think maybe training each body part only once per week would help too. Give them more time to recover and grow. If you prefer to train more often then how about a 2 on 1 off kinda routine? chest tri's day 1, back and calves day2, day 3 off, shoulders bi's day 4, legs calves day 5, day 6 off, day 7 start again form day 1.
    Exercises wise, stick to the big mass builders, squats, dead lifts, bent over barbel rows, bench presses, shoulder presses etc. Use the machines as less as poss.
    May be worth posting your diet in the diet thread an see what people think could be done with that.
    I hope i'm not teaching you to suck eggs here, for all I know you could be a pro bodybuilder, or only started last week.
