How does my shoulder routine look ?

Got great help last time and didn't realize I was over training my Bicep/Trip routine so I wanted to post my shoulder routine as well to see if it needs any work.

Friday: Shoulders / Abs / Obliques

    5 Sets Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    5 Sets Lateral Delt Raises
    3 Sets Front Delt Raises
    3 Sets Rear Delt Raises
    3 Sets Hanging Knee Ups
    3 Sets Oblique Crunches
    3 Sets Incline Crunches

5 Sets Dumbbell Shoulder Press Drop to 4 sets
5 Sets Lateral Delt Raises Drop to 3 sets

    3 Sets Rear Delt Raises
    3 Sets Hanging Knee Ups
    3 Sets Oblique Crunches
    3 Sets Incline Crunches
16 sets for shoulders is too much IMO. Your front delts get alot of work through DB Shoulder press and working chest (Especially at Incline) . Id concentrate on your rear delts adding in another excercise instead of front raises.

Just see how you feel and listen to your body! I always go heavy with presses but real light with strict form for raises. I know my rear delts are small so i usually dont work front delt directly but two excercises for rear delts.. just me though. you have to see what works for you!
