I have just started my 2nd cycle under the supervision of a coach, but still i do have some doubts regarding the workout routine.
At the moment I use:
- NANDROLONE DECANOATE 250 mg/ml "General Shot"
- Testosterone Cypionate 200 mg/2ml amp. "General Shot"
- HGH 4 Unit "Injected into trained Muscle" daily After workout
And I was wondering what's the best WORKOUT ROUTINE that i could follow to best gain from this cycle?
Some people say it depends on the continues increase of weights!
Some people say it all depends on the focused and extensive workout, regardless of the weights! .... etc
Please Advice
