I’m 2 weeks and 3lbs away (cutting) from hitting one of my many goals. I’ve lost 22lbs in 14 weeks thus far. Cardio consists of bike/treadmill/stepmill/eliptical unless running is specified. Bootcamp is an entire body circuit run by a buddy of mine for 60 minutes at a local park. I really want to hit my goal, and have spread out upper vs lower. AM workouts are done fasted at 630am (before work) and PM workouts are done after work (630pm). I have a deskjob, so I'm inside all day with a strict pre-planned diet.
So the question: Dedication OR Overtraining for the next 2 weeks?
