Ok, here it is I have my set workout plan as Mon-Chest,Tri's Tue-Back,Bi's Wed-OFF Thur-Chest,Tri's Fri-Back, Bi's Sat-Legs Sun-OFF
I am currently deployed in afghanistan and everything here is free weights. I would like some advise on what I can do on legs day with free weights only. I am currently doing Squats and Deadlift but honestly I dont know what else I should do for legs day. Any Suggestions?
