hello im 28 now and been working out since i was 17 and i have done a couple cycles now and want this 1 to be perfect! can some1 help me with a workout plan days/log? i am really big on abs, chest and biceps. i work everything in a week but i usually just pick as i workout ! i need a structured plan.
i weigh 187 and 5'10 if that helps gnna start test prop tren and masteron cycle soon
