routine/workout plan..
hello im 28 now and been working out since i was 17 and i have done a couple cycles now and want this 1 to be perfect! can some1 help me with a workout plan days/log? i am really big on abs, chest and biceps. i work everything in a week but i usually just pick as i workout ! i need a structured plan.

Hi,
This is my routine work out but I will advice you to join gym and get exercise schedule and diet plan.
3x15 squats
3x15 dead lifts
3x15 pull ups
3x15 flat bench bar
3x15 seated rows
