I have come to vent some frustration. Went to the gym today and had a terrible time. I felt so weak and never had that before. Everytime I started a set at under maxim weight I'd get to the 4th or 5th rep and collapse, my body literally gave up. While doing dips I can thrash ten out easily but collapsed on the 4th rep.
Does anyone have any idea why this would happen. I have eaten my standard amount today and ate an hour before going. Any help would be much appreciated.
