Thread: weak as hell!

    weak as hell!

    I have come to vent some frustration. Went to the gym today and had a terrible time. I felt so weak and never had that before. Everytime I started a set at under maxim weight I'd get to the 4th or 5th rep and collapse, my body literally gave up. While doing dips I can thrash ten out easily but collapsed on the 4th rep.

    Does anyone have any idea why this would happen. I have eaten my standard amount today and ate an hour before going. Any help would be much appreciated.

    That happens to me every once in a while. I never know if it is related to sleep, or maybe my body is fighting off illness...no idea. Some days my body just says "nope."

    If its just a one off then prob nothing to worry about. Maybe your body just needs a couple of hrs more sleep or is fighting a bug or virus. If it happens more often it can be a sign of overtraining. Just see how you go for next week or 2. Maybe do a light week to give your body a little rest.
