if they are sore no don't work then again until the sourness is gone otherwise you'll be overstraining. yes i have allot of respect for Vic, but i don't do light weights, if you want to grow do heavy weights (what you can handle without injuring yourself) and eat right. i do 2 days on and 1 day off and it seems to give me enough time to recover between workouts.

I wouldn't be working tris again directly they would be getting hit as a scondsry when I do dumbbells bench incline decline.. should I still wait to do chest or will it be ok with the semi sore tris?

usually or most people work the group of muscle that gets hit the same time, for example if you do chest then do triceps the same day, biceps then do back the same day, shoulder and traps the same day, leg and abs. this was you avoid working the same muscle twice. here is my routine for example,
chest, triceps
legs, abs,
rest
shoulders, triceps
biceps, back
rest
sometimes i rest two days after biceps and back.

did you mean shoulders, traps? also what do you think about hitting traps twice a week say monday and friday, will it help them grow faster or will it be overworked?
With my work schedule I basically work out monday wed friday so i am limited. I could however add thursday in there but i thought 3 days in a row might be too much..
