    cardio and T3

    will be starting a T3 regimine in a few weeks and I ask this. Do I change up my carido routine or just leave it alone due to the compound? Im doing 30 min x 5 days, diet is clean ( maint cals ). Workout is solid. Im also running 50mg/var.

    Well the var alone should help you lean out a lot. I have been trying to get ahold of some for months but all my effing sources are having problems getting it lately. Oh well, guess I'll stick to winny. lol

    Can you give us a little more info on your cardio routine? Time performed and intensity?

    30min, med intensity, 5-6 days/week, avg hr stays around 125-133 bpm

    CANNOT DO ANYTHING HIGH IMPACT DUE TO FOOT INJURY!

    30min is fine to start with, but you'll probably have to up that to keep loosing at some point.

    T3 never gave me any issues with cardio.

    I keep it to 30 min cause Im on my feet all day at work for 7-10 hrs/day. In the past I wore a hr monitor for a week and I burned an average of 3200 cals/day while working or should I say running, lol! Thats why I only keep it to 30 min...

    ^^^Age, height, weight, body fat percentage? I dont like to **** with T3. Eats my muscles away asap and really ****s up my thyroid.

    I agree.....Needs respect when using. I think it messed my thyroid for a while...I doubt I'll ever use it again. But, everyone is different.

    40, 5'7 190, 15%bf. Im starting with 25mcg for the first 3 days then 50 for 3 then 75 at the top. Then tapering down from there. Total is about 3-4 weeks.

    Im running 50mg of var to counter the muscle loss. In not too concerned about the muscle loss atm...

    not wise. Too high t3. even though youy say you dont care you will when you lose 10lbs of mass. Just use clen guy.

    Do you mean that 75mcg is too high? Besides, I hate the sides of clen . I ran it a few times in the past.
