I know my strength gains were great, but due to my being on prednisone while doing it, I doubt I got as much out of it as I should have.

My tall friend gained about 5 to 7 lbs and lost a bunch of bodyfat while doing it. Freaked me out too.

Which GVT was it? There is the original(10x10) then there was a hybrid 3x10 for three different exercises.

this is what i was told the GVT was composed of
10 supersets of 10 reps of two exercises followed by 3 supersets of 10 reps of two other "supplementary" exercises, for a total of 260 reps in the whole workout

    Check this site out: http://www.sover.net/~timw/gvt.htm

I used to do this for arm training many years ago and it was brutal.

Now I'm thinking I might go full body in the near-future.

let me just verify the rest intervals
its 60seconds if i'm doing say the bench press all ten sets one after the next

but if i'm supersetting bench press and pull ups
    the rest interval is 90seconds

    is that the right idea?
